3Customer Obligations
User Responsibilities
Lawful use only; no processing of special categories of personal data (e.g., health data) within the system.
4IP & License
All rights in the software remain with WebMeister360; we grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable pilot-term license.
5Liability
Liability Limitations
For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties (cardinal duties) and limited to foreseeable, typical damages; no liability for lost profits. Mandatory liability (e.g., product liability, intent/gross negligence, injury to life/body/health) remains unaffected.
6Term & Termination
Either party may terminate the pilot with 14 days notice.
7Governing Law & Venue
Legal Jurisdiction
German law applies; venue Germany: Reutlingen.
8Changes
We may amend these terms with effect for the future; we will notify you in text form.
